Mentoring

The aim of the CLP Mentoring Programme is to provide an opportunity for programme alumni (award winners) to act as mentors to current projects and/or potential applicants and share their skills and experience. A formal learning exchange programme between alumni with varying levels of experience will encourage collaboration and networking amongst award winners, increase project support on the ground and build the capacity of teams and mentors through the exchange.
