Assistant to FFI’s NORAD funded REDD project

The intern is expected to work alongside the Chief Technical Advisor (TA) on FFI’s NORAD funded REDD project. In this capacity, the intern will assist the TA in general aspects of project implementation such as financial and admin support, possibly extending to FFI’s broader Liberia portfolio. The intern will also prepare meetings and meeting minutes, liaise with partners, and, given the intern’s previous experience in Liberia’s REDD Secretariat, facilitate REDD partnership development, specifically focusing on developing partnerships with the development sector. In addition the intern will build on ongoing work in the FFI REDD project to assess the feasibility of using community forestry as a foundation for REDD piloting.
