Updating the information for Georgian Important Bird & Biodiversity Areas

Albina Mamedova

Taking positive and coordinated actions to promote the conservation of Important Bird Areas (IBA) in Georgia. Albina is involved in the assessment of needs of IBAs of Georgia, participating in establishing a network of caretakers of IBAs and generally supporting the implementation of IBA program activities at a country level. She is building her capacity in nature conservation, trying out theories in practice and contributing to SABUKO’s conservation work.
