Adam Heal

Background

Adam leads the Partnership Team at BirdLife International which focuses on expanding and strengthening BirdLife’s global network of over 120 independent civil society organisations, including overseeing the capacity building and organisational development portfolios.

He has worked across international development and environmental protection for a range of organisations including national governments, the United Nations and civil society. With particular interests in natural resource management, conflict prevention and community engagement, he is keen to build interlinkages between conservationists and other fields. Adam holds master’s degrees in International Relations and Public Administration.
