CLP Annual Report 2025

The Conservation Leadership Programme (CLP) equips the next generation of conservation leaders with the skills and resources they need to drive local to global conservation impact.

Our 2025 Annual Report showcases the support we provide to early-career, locally-embedded leaders who are significantly contributing to the long-term conservation of some of the world’s most threatened biodiversity and habitats.

Celebrating four decades of CLP, we are now focusing on working together with our partners, and with current and new supporters, to ensure the long-term sustainability of the support we offer emerging leaders while continuing to foster a collaborative and inclusive global community.
