Future Ranger and Propark Team – Working and Learning Together

The goal of this Career Placement is to involve the mentee in capacity building and other activities relevant for rangers and provide learning opportunities about professionalisation, outdoor events with a significant nature education and awareness raising component and about conservation NGOs. The mentee will be actively involved in activities of the Centre of Excellence for Nature (CEN), will contribute to developing the first Ranger Manual in Romania, and will help organise outdoor events planned for 2025 by Propark. The mentee will learn about organizational management and financial sustainability, and contribute to improving Propark’s knowledge on community involvement and nature education.
