The East African Wildlife Society (EAWLS) is currently reviewing its marine strategy and implementing a policy-driven marine project focused on mainstreaming blue carbon ecosystems into national policy frameworks. These activities require in-depth research and policy analysis to identify strategic opportunities and influence policies effectively. This Career Placement mentee will conduct comprehensive research and policy analysis to strengthen EAWLS’s ability to deliver a forward-looking strategy and increase our impact in shaping marine conservation policies in Kenya and the wider region..
