Investigating Sustainable Coastal Tourism and Incentives for Biodiversity Conservation in Cambodia
Chad-Erwan Udom Moni Ung
The fundamental tenet underpinning this internship work is that the increase in tourism (pre-COVID-19) in Koh Rong Marine National Park must consider options to ensure that growth in tourism does not compromise the natural asset base. Ideally, the growth in tourism should be a major tool for the conservation of the natural asset. Chad-Erwan's skills will be developed in translating principles into on-the-ground reality requiring multifaceted and integrated interventions.
