Behaviour change in action!
CLP Alumni at the Conservación de Islas and the brilliant Dulce Espelosin (who leads our Behaviour Change module on our Conservation Management and Leadership course) recently facilitated a workshop on increasing the nesting sites for the Craveri Murrelet seabird in Mexico.
The seabird is currently threatened by cats, dogs, and rats brought to its native island.
How did they create a behaviour change model?
* Understand the threat to the species,
* Build a theory of change with social and biological indicators
* Start a social marketing campaign to promote the adoption of the regulations.
Fantastic work team 👏
